What will be recovered

Parental control, restrictions passcode or PIN are concepts that are related to the same feature: limiting permission to what is installed or accessed on your devices by other users (children, guests, friends, housemates, and even employees).
You only set the restrictions PIN once, so it's easy to forget the code over time, especially if you don't have to use it or change it often. Some apple users find it hard to recover data from their password protected apps and usually lose it altogether once they reset their devices to factory settings.

Fortunately, once you've forgotten the restrictions passcode, you still have a chance to recover it with iPhone Backup Extractor. Our data recovery software includes an options for reseting or recovering the restrictions PIN from any iTunes backup, included encrypted ones.
