1. Install iPhone Backup Extractor and connect add backups
Download the latest version of iPhone Backup Extractor and install it on your computer. 2. Select a backup to recover restrictions passcode from
Once you have connected to your iCloud account or added an iTunes backup, use the left tab to choose browse for the backup that's most likely to have your old restrictions PIN.
Go to "Full Download" tab and start downloading your iCloud backup. If you're using iTunes, you do not need to download anything locally. Got to step 3.

Now all you need to do is go to the main menu, click on Utilities, and select either "Reset" or "Recover" restrictions PIN.
